Cardio & Strength
Core and More: This 30 minute class will enable you to utilize your own body weight in conjunction with the foam roller and other equipment to achieve the many benefits of foam rolling including: myofascial release, increased blood flow and circulation to the soft tissues and self-massage.(30 min)
 
Indoor Cycle: Focus on endurance, strength, intervals, higher intensity (race days) and recovery, that use a special stationary exercise bicycle with a weighted flywheel. (60 min)
 
Body Sculpt 101: This 45 class emphasizes increasing fitness, muscle tone, and body flexibility. The class includes many different types of formats like interval training, circuit training, bootcamps and more, using hand weights, tubes, medicine balls, stability balls and benches. You will also have fun doing cardio drills, kickboxing, and kettlebells! (45 min)
 
Total Body Circuit: This circuit training style class will focus on strength training, cardio bursts, and core training to work your whole body. A variety of equipment will be used including our new TRX Suspension Straps and Kettle Bells. Get your sweat on! All levels are welcome and all exercises can be modified. (45 min)
 
TRX Fit in 45: Get your muscles pumping and your heart rate up! Be prepared to use your own body weight for resistance with the TRX straps mixed in with cardio intervals for the ultimate fat burning strength building class! (45 min)
Low Impact
 
Barre: Using high repetition, small range of motion, accuracy, and focus, each muscle group is worked thoroughly and completely, then stretched to create long lean lines. The entire body is challenged throughout the class, which quickly improves posture and body alignment. Barre helps create a high lifted seat, lean, shapely thighs, beautiful shoulders and triceps, and a trim waist. It involves no jumping, jarring or damaging movements while efficiently burning fat and increasing stamina. (45 min)
 
Low Impact: Enjoy a fun class that is easy for beginners and challenging for the tried and true exerciser. Low impact aerobics will boost your energy level, burn calories, reduce stress, and get you in shape. No experience (or spandex) necessary! (60 min)

Stretch Recovery: Stretching increases circulation, can help realign muscle imbalances, increase range of motion, and reduce your risk of ongoing aches and pains due to poor posture or tight muscles. This class incorporates a series of yoga inspired stretches to help increase your flexibility, develop better range of motion, balance & posture.(60 min)
 
Pilates & Yoga
Beginning Yoga: A class designed for those new to yoga to provide basic knowledge of a yoga practice and help transition into other all-level yoga classes. (60 min)
 
Sunrise Yoga: Wake up to this morning yoga class that helps you feel rejuvenated for the rest of your day! Come enjoy the sensation of starting the day off with a sense of peace, calmness, strength, energy and revitalization! (60 min)
 
Barre-Pilates: An invigorating and cross-training class with a balance of long muscle toning, fat burning and core work. (45 min)
 
Flow Yoga: This class will begin to focus on the importance of proper alignment principles while introducing dynamic yoga poses that will inspire the body's adaptable nature to be continually challenged to build strength and enhance coordination. This class will rejuvenate the body and increase your energy while improving overall fitness! (60 min)
 
Mat Pilates: A total body workout that improves flexibility and strength while building lean muscle. With emphasis on proper breathing and body alignment, learn to use your "powerhouse" (or core) to stand taller and move more freely. (45 min)
 
Power Yoga: This class is designed to integrate yoga poses that challenge the body physically. Each pose will help to increase range of motion, build on core strength, flexibility and balance! Thus, improving athletic ability while reducing risk for injuries. (60 min)
 
PiYo: PiYo® LIVE is inspired by the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates as well as the strength and flexibility of Yoga movements. Utilizes body weight to perform a series of continuous, targeted moves. Set to upbeat music and a fast pace. (60 min)
